OVERVIEW
The Sales Director will oversee and manage the sales operations, ensuring that the company’s sales targets are met. Key responsibilities include leading a team of sales professionals, creating and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience inReal Estate, Sales, Marketing, or any related industry.
- A licensed Real Estate Broker or at least an accredited Real Estate Salesperson in Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD)
