Job Description
This role is designed to drive revenue growth and ensure the continuity of technical expertise as part of our long‑term succession plan. You’ll work closely with the Director of Technical Sales & Engineering to support and expand strategic customer accounts, develop your own portfolio using targeted leads, and gradually take on greater technical and commercial responsibilities.
This is not a sales manager position — you are a future technical leader with a passion for sales and solutions.
Success in 12–18 Months:
- Consistently grow revenue and margin within your accounts
- Independently manage technical sales opportunities from start to finish
- Earn direct customer engagement for technical guidance
- Support and expand the Director’s key accounts
- Be recognized internally as a trusted technical and commercial resource
