Sales Leader

POSITION: SALES LEADER Location: Ho Chi Minh City Department: Project & ODM Sales Report to: Sales Manager / Country Manager Industry: Electrical Equipment (MV/LV Switchgear, Busduct, MCC, Automation) Key Responsibilities (A) Sales Leadership & Business Management Lead, coach, and develop the PRJ/ODM sales team to achieve annual sales targets. Build sales plans, forecast pipelines, and monitor team performance (KPI, productivity, conversion rate). Identify new project opportunities and develop long-term growth strategies for the Southern market. (B) Project Sales (MV/LV Products) Promote MV/LV solutions including: MV/LV Switchgear, MCC/MTR, Busduct, C-Box, Substation Solutions (S&S). Engage with Owners, Consultants, M&E Contractors, Panel Makers, and EPCs to secure early specification (spec-in).
