ADM has an exciting opportunity available for a Sales Manager to drive our animal nutrition business in Turkey. In a large local market, this is seen as a key role not only to maintain but more importantly to significantly grow our footprint by offering a broad depth of products ranging from Feed Additives and ingredients to Premix.
The main duties of this role will include:
Unlock and maximize the potential of our animal nutrition businessResponsibility for our Animal Nutrition (technical) sales, including Key AccountsEstablish and develop long-term customer relationshipsIdentify and develop new business and partnership opportunities for growthUnderstand our portfolio of productsCreate and fulfill own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plansCreate and execute a 3-5 year Business Plan for the regionMonthly reporting, sales analytics, and insigh...
