Sales Manager/BDM/ RM/Sr RM – Mortgage Sales
Location- Bangalore
CTC- Upto 5-12 LPA
Role Summary: (For RM /Sr RM/BDM)
Drive mortgage sales through open market sourcing and achieve individual targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Source home loans/LAP through DST, connectors, referrals, and self-sourcing

Generate leads and convert to disbursals

Manage end-to-end loan processing

Build relationships with customers and intermediaries

Ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:

Graduate with 1–3 years in mortgage/LAP sales

Strong local market network
-
Target-driven with good communication skills
