Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve daily, monthly and annual targets. Implement effective sales strategies, promotions and forecasts. Manage key accounts and ensure exceptional customer experience. Analyse sales performance, monitor KPIs and oversee the team's debtor's book.
