Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead national sales strategy and develop a high-performing team of National Account Managers across Canada.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across major retail and ecommerce customers, including large-scale national accounts representing significant annual revenue. You will set direction, build team capability, and ensure consistent execution through your team.
You will operate as a player‑coach, combining leadership oversight with direct ownership of select key accounts. This is a high‑impact role requiring strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results in a complex, cross‑functional environment.
