Job Description
Take full ownership of regional sales performance and achievement of assigned KPIs.
Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and sales channels.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential growth areas.
Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies and projects aligned with company objectives.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including responding to tenders and biddings, business negotiations, contract drafting and execution, and payment collection.
Coordinate closely with internal teams, including after-sales and delivery teams, to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Drive market expansion initiatives to support mid-term and long-term business growth objectives.
