The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales strategies, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building the team. To direct and oversee all sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
