We’re Hiring: Sales Manager (Metro Manila, Central Luzon & South Luzon)

We’re looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team across Metro Manila, Central Luzon, and South Projects. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate agents, hit sales targets, and drive regional growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales agents
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Metro Manila & South Luzon
• Monitor sales performance and report insights to management
• Coach and train agents to strengthen their sales skills
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee recruitment and retention of sales agents
• Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and promotions
• Stay updated on market trends and new business opportunities
