Job Description

We are looking for an EOS-aligned Sales Manager to drive revenue by optimizing conversion rates across the sales funnel. You will provide direct leadership through LMA (Lead, Manage, Accountability) for our Sales Team, ensuring they GWC their roles and hit their targets. Your mission is to identify leakage in our sales process, refine outreach scripts, and coach the team to move every lead through the pipeline with precision and high conversion. Key Responsibilities: Sales Process Stewardship: Own and update the Sales Way SOPs; ensure the team follows the documented process for lead hand offs and CRM entry with 100% accuracy. IDS & Bottleneck Resolution: Identify conversion leakage in Level 10 meetings; Discuss root causes (e.g., poor lead quality or weak scripts) and Solve them permanently.
