Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Sales Manager for our regional glass company. You will be a player-coach who leads the sales team while actively selling your own leads. You will help execute the strategy, hit aggressive sales targets, develop your team, and maintain a personal book of business by hunting new leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves both leading people and closing big-ticket glass projects, and is comfortable working in the field and in the office.
