Role Purpose
The Sales Negotiator is responsible for securing new client contracts for CND Solutions by converting qualified leads into signed retainers.
This is a revenue-generating, closing role, focused on:
- Contract conversion
- Commercial negotiation
- Value-based selling
- Retainer security (not volume calling)
