In this position, you will utilize tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and GBS systems to conduct technical data analysis, generate reports, and support our sales operations. Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data to produce insights and reports through CRM and analytics tools.Provide support for sales training, performance evaluation, and process improvement.Work with sales, marketing, and other departments to coordinate campaigns and initiatives.Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales operations processes.Interpret data to assist decision-making and strategic planning for sales teams.Prepare accurate and timely reports of sales metrics and KPIs.
