The Role
As a Partner Operations (Assistant, Associate, Specialist or Senior depending on your experience), you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the operations related to our clients. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Sales team, ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients and analyzing our performance.
To be more specific, you will:
- Support the Sales team in onboarding new clients smoothly, managing leads, preparing offers and following up with clients when needed.
- Support the team by gathering insights on competitors and market trends that can help us improve our strategy and performance.
- Support the Sales team with account reporting to identify areas for improvement and recommend operational enhancements.
- Create and manage affiliate accounts for partners, ensuring accurate reporting and deal implementation.
- Analyse performance metrics using statistical data.
