The Role

We are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to support core revenue operations and client success workflows by ensuring data accuracy, billing alignment, and system consistency. This role works closely with Sales, Customer Success, and internal operations teams to reconcile revenue changes, manage subscriptions, and maintain clean CRM and billing records as the business scales.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining clean and accurate revenue data by ensuring deals, renewals, and subscriptions align across Salesforce, CRM, and billing systems
  • Identifying data mismatches and resolving issues directly or coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to correct discrepancies
  • Managing day-to-day renewal operations, including tracking upcoming renewals, sending renewal communications using existing templates, and updating records in Salesforce and billing tools
