Location: Hyderabad - Ramanthapur, Uppal
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)
Experience: O–5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Market and Place IT Consultants
✅ Negotiate contracts, terms, and rates effectively
✅ Maintain database
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project allocation
Requirements:
✔️ 0–5+ years of Sales Recruitment experience in US IT staffing
✔️ Strong understanding of recruitment & sales strategies
✔️ Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals
✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
