- Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements - Prepare sale documents such as invoices, PO
- Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery - Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs - Work on after-sales support services and provide technical backup as required. - Prepare reports for the head office and keep customer records
- Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects - Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs - Visit the client 4 days/week
- Other tasks as assigned.
