Evolution Cycles is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Assistant for a full or a part time position to join our team. You will help customers choose the right bikes, accessories and hire options, while supporting the day-to-day running of the store. This role combines customer service, sales and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with bike and accessory sale and hire
• Processing bookings, sales and payments
• Responding to phone and email enquiries
• Maintaining product displays and shop presentation
• Supporting stock control and basic administration
• Delivering excellent customer service

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, organised and reliable
• Retail or sales experience
• Interest in cycling is an advantage
