Position: Sales Team Manager
Responsibilities:
• Hiring: Recruit and onboard new sales professionals to strengthen the sales team.
• Team Management: Lead and oversee a team of at least 2 sales professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and ensure the implementation of sales plans by sales managers, offering support to overcome challenges and achieve targets.
• Client Management: Nurture relationships with the existing client base, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
• Reporting: Maintain daily reports to track team and individual performance metrics.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive team success and meet business objectives.
