Role Summary

Lead the Agent Client Chatbot pod ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce based chatbot solutions for agents and clients Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable deliverables



Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies daily standups sprint planning backlog refinement retrospectives

Elicit analyze and document business and functional requirements for chatbot features

Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned to business outcomes and compliance standards

Coordinate with Salesforce developers QA and downstream teams to remove blockers and track progress
