Salesforce Agentforce Technical Lead

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on Salesforce Developer Tech Lead with strong expertise in Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Apex and LWC. The role combines deep technical delivery with leadership, owning design, code quality and end‑to‑end implementation of AI‑enabled Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development and code reviews for Salesforce solutions.
• Build and implement Agentforce AI agents, prompts, grounding RAG and custom agent actions.
• Design and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions – ingestion, modeling, activation.
• Develop high‑quality solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL and Flows.
• Own delivery across the SDLC: design, build, test, deploy, and production support.
• Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standards.
