• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
• Working knowledge and at least 6 years direct experience with Salesforce CRM
• Basic Experience with Salesforce Apex, SFDC Lightning development using Visual Force Pages, Components, Web Services.
• Expertise in Administrative tasks like maintaining User roles and security, Page Layouts, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Events
• Understanding of data structures and understanding of data migration
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
