Job Description
Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Lead workshops, training sessions, and user adoption programs. Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications. Ensure Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance are followed. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends. Requirements 3+ years as a Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, or similar role. Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Consultant certifications required; Platform App Builder or other certifications are a plus. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
