Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Components.
- Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (preferably Telflow or Hansen) to meet business requirements.
- Build and automate workflows using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Conduct thorough unit testing, code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for implemented solutions.
