Job Description
Summary
Deliver Salesforce technical solutions and integrations within the CoE Build & Deliver pillar. The Technical Specialist develops, tests and deploys features and fixes across Salesforce products, contributes to technical debt reduction, and supports troubleshooting for complex issues.
Responsibilities
Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, flows, and declarative configuration where appropriate.
Build and maintain integrations (APIs, middleware, batch/async processes) aligned with security and data standards.
Execute unit testing, participate in system/integration testing, and support UAT defect fixes.
Support deployments and post-release stabilisation; follow change controls and release procedures.
Troubleshoot defects and incidents; support RCA and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Contribute to refactoring and technical debt reduction initiatives, improving maintainability and performance
