Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize applications on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. Implement and configure Service Cloud Voice for seamless customer support integration. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (LWC), and Visualforce pages. Integrate Salesforce with AWS services (Lambda, S, API Gateway, CloudWatch). Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.
