Salesforce Practice Head

About the Role
Test Yantra is looking for a strategic and delivery-focused Salesforce Practice Head to build, lead, and scale our Salesforce Practice. This is a high-impact leadership role with end-to-end ownership of practice growth, delivery excellence, capability development, and P&L performance.
The ideal candidate will have started their career as a hands-on Salesforce professional (Developer, Consultant, or as a Tester), delivered multiple enterprise implementations across Salesforce clouds, and transitioned into a leadership role managing teams, driving revenue, and building scalable Salesforce capabilities within mid-to-large IT services organisations. This role will be instrumental in establishing a strong Salesforce Centre of Excellence and expanding Test Yantra's Salesforce footprint across industries
