Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce CRM and Oracle-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in test creation, API testing, and enterprise system validation across the web. This role requires close collaboration with development, and product teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable releases in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce CRM, including integrations with third-party systems and downstream Oracle applications
- Validate data integrity and workflow consistency between Salesforce and Oracle systems
- Test CRM-related business processes such as quote to cash and customer integrations
Manual & Exploratory Testing
- Participate in ad-hoc and exploratory testing to uncover edge-case defects
