Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

•Exposed to working or integrating with Automation Solutions (optional)

•Experience with leading teams involving multiple technology platforms

•Good Coordination and Communication skills

•Salesforce Service Cloud Integration, Configuration, and Administration expertise

•Experience with Salesforce Administration and Deployment

•Salesforce Developer Certification is required, other certification is highly desirable

•Good overall understanding of Service Cloud Architecture, Salesforce object model, and Underlying database modeling

•Integration expertise with Restful API's

•Experience building Metrics and Dashboards
