Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead an engineering team and guide customer Technology Directors through the migration of an in-house Loyalty Platform to Salesforce Loyalty Cloud within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Technical Architect within a Scrum team, contributing to the long-term vision and optimal use of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud in a large-scale hospitality implementation
- Design stay processing, partner transactions, hotel and partner reimbursement, vouchers, promotions, APIs, and integrations with legacy systems
- Apply real-world Loyalty Cloud experience to guide solution architecture decisions
- Drive delivery teams through all stages of implementation, from engagement strategy discussions to reviewing data models, custom objects, and developer pull requests
