Job Description
Role Purpose:
The Salesforce Technical Consultant will serve as a key technical expert, responsible for designing, building, and delivering Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with project teams, lead technical implementation, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions. This role requires strong hands-on Salesforce experience, the ability to identify risks early, apply best practices, and recommend effective technical approaches across the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
Understanding business requirements and translating these into technical solutions
Implementing agreed design of the project
Working as a team and always helping the project team deliver their workload
Being a subject-matter expert in one or more of the following Salesforce Clouds - Sales, Service, Community cloud, SFI, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, FSL and the Lightning (Force.com) Platform
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
