Should have CRM knowledge and should be with JAVA back ground Understanding of Salesforce standard objects Leads, Account, Contacts, Opportunity, Products, Price book, Lead process, Sales process, Forecasting, etc. Extensive experience in Force.com platform using APEX and Visual Force Create and manage Salesforce custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes Should have knowledge on Data migration using tools like Data Loader, Command Line Data Loader Good experience in SFDC configuration and mapping features to the business requirements Should be a good team player
