Your Responsibilities
Managing on time sample requestsReceiving and sending flavors, compounds & H&W samplesWorking with DHL/Fedex Customs Brokerage Firms for sample custom clearance and declaration, assign appropriate HS code for smooth operationCoordinate with shipping and dispatch to ensure samples are sent on timePrioritize workload across all customers’ sample requestsThe role is diligent in the implementation of all company policy requirements including safety, reporting, compliance, training and other items as assigned by Management.Your Profile
Bachelor in Logistic or in related field preferred. Experience in similar role is beneficial.Experience in Logistic/import/export business is preferredBasic laboratory experiencePreferably experienced in managing a sample libraryGood communication skills and interpersonal skillsPositive, ‘c...
