SAP Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide level 2 SAP Application support team and responsible to support ATS SAP application, VMS and troubleshooting, configuration of the application.
• Work on SQL to run query on database.
• Perform troubleshooting on unable to login SAP Application issue, employee information updates incomplete update of the employee information and other application related issues.
• Work together with other support team to resolve transaction discrepancies in downstream applications.

Requirement:

• Candidate will possess SAP application functional knowledge preferably on SAP Fieldglass application
• Knowledge on SQL queries.
• 2-3 Years of working experience as application support.
