Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with expertise in Germany Payroll to provide functional support, system customization, and problem-solving expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Germany's tax and regulatory requirements and hands-on experience with SAP HCM/Payroll modules.
Key Responsibilities:Provide functional support for SAP HCM and Germany Payroll modules.
Configure and customize SAP HCM and payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll objects.
Solve complex payroll issues using expert knowledge of SAP application functionality.
Ensure compliance with Germany's tax laws and regulatory requirements.
Manage interfaces related to T&A, GFO, Benefits Handling, Payroll (Historical/Retroactivity), and Time Management (Positive Time Evaluation).
