SAP iXp Intern – Cloud ERP Solution Adoption Business Analyst

Location: Toronto, Canada

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Build data reports, dashboards on SAP Analytics Cloud, and perform ad‑hoc data analysis tasks.
• Prepare and deliver accurate, up‑to‑date data insights for recurring strategic cadence calls.
• Present findings and use data to actively engage stakeholders to collect feedback, drive action items, and ensure clear ownership of next steps.
• Analyze and communicate the impact of customer engagement initiatives to support customer adoption and informed decision‑making.
• Develop metrics standards to drive usage and consumption for Cloud Solutions.
• Collect, clean, and process large quantities of data.
• Navigate different data tools to ensure delivered business outcomes.
