Required Skills:
- SAP S/4 HANA – Greenfield transformation, Brownfield transformation, SAP ERP AMS.
- French fluency is advantage.
- Regular interaction with customers on deliveries, RFP and concerns, GOTO person for customer
- Take ownership of both onsite and offshore deliveries and guide the team to achieve excellence in delivery.
Key Responsibility:
- Delivery Management of TCS team based in Toulouse(TCS office/SKFoffice)
- Engagement owner for Operational weekly/monthly & SteerCo meetings
- Tracking of Service KPIs and ownership of preventive and corrective actions
