Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 5–8 years of relevant experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, system configuration, integrations, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules such as:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Performance & Goals (PMGM)
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Compensation
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Participate in requirement gathering, workshops, and blueprint discussions.
- Configure SuccessFactors modules as per business requirements.
- Handle integration with SAP HCM / SAP S/4HANA / third-party systems.
