Minimum 4+ years of experience with SAP Solution Manager Strong expertise in: ChaRM (Change Request Management) Focused Build Experience working in AMS (Application Management Services) environments Solid background in analytics and reporting Ability to work with business users and handle support tickets
Responsibilities:
Provide AMS support for SAP Solution Manager Handle user tickets and incidents Deliver enhancements and change requests Perform analysis and reporting Support R2D (Request-to-Deploy) processes using ChaRM and Focused Build
