The ideal candidates will be responsible for evaluating and assessing candidates applying for a range of technical roles. You will play a key part in ensuring that only top-tier talent is selected for our clients by conducting thorough technical interviews.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed technical interviews for the following roles:
- Oracle Fusion Technical Developer
- SAP MDG Architect
- SAP MDG Consultant
- SAP BW/BI Developer – HANA
- SAP PI/PO Developer
- SAP ABAP Developer
- SAP ABAP-HR Developer
- Review resumes and assess technical capabilities.
- Develop and ask scenario-based and role-specific questions.
- Evaluate problem-solving skills, project experience, and functional understanding.
