International Oil company is currently recruiting an Sarbanes-Oxley Senior Specialist
Requirements: University degree in Economics or Accounting or Finance or Operations Management from a internationally recognized university with 5 years work experience of accounting/auditing or related experience; Qualified accountant or studying towards the designation; IAS and GAAP accounting standards; Sarbanes-Oxley act and key derivative legislation; International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); Preferably knowledge of COSO framework; Fluency in English and Russian
