Satellite Imagery Support & Projects Specialist

Resolv Global is seeking a highly organized Customer Support Specialist in Dagupan, Pangasinan. In this role, you will assist customers via email, manage and deliver customer orders for satellite imagery and geospatial data, while ensuring a positive experience.

You will work closely with various teams, providing updates and resolving issues. The position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving ability. Compensation ranges from Php 22,000 to Php 25,000 depending on experience.
