Role Purpose

The Scheduler ensures strong client–caregiver relationships and delivers a best in home care experience through effective scheduling, customer service, and administrative support in a fast‑paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Verbal Communication

  • Answers calls professionally and courteously.
  • Maintains ongoing communication with clients and caregivers.
  • Acts as liaison between caregivers and the Office Manager.

2. Customer Focus

  • Responds promptly and politely to all client calls.
  • Receives and manages referrals and program inquiries.

  • Supports sales, marketing, and public relations initiatives.
