Responsibilities

Daily Manpower Scheduling: Work closely with superintendents to develop daily schedules that ensure efficient workforce allocation. Communication Management: Facilitate smooth communication via email, texts, and phone calls to support team coordination. Employee Engagement: Interact with field employees and foremen, addressing inquiries and providing needed support to promote a positive work atmosphere. Vacation/Leave Management: Track and manage employee leave, maintaining accurate records and implementing leave policies. Additional Support Tasks: Assist employees with mobile device setup and troubleshooting.Maintain employee training records.Perform data entry and administrative support as needed for HR functions. Qualifications:
Experience in human resources or related field, ideally within the construction industry.
