Job Description
Vertiv is seeking a highly organized Scheduling Supervisor to manage staff, implement and oversee execution phases of procurement, manufacturing, and deployment schedules for our Infrastructure Solutions Team. The role is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials across functions to ensure alignment with production, deployment, and delivery schedules. This role requires oversight of schedule development, monitoring progress, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring timely execution of end-to-end project requirements.
Also in this role, you will be collaborating with customers and suppliers as well as Vertiv Procurement, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Operations while setting tasks and monitoring the execution of project timelines.
