**Behavior Technician – School Setting (Upcoming School Year)**

**School Year:** 2026–2027
**Pay Rate:** $23/hr DOE
**Schedule:** Sub/Fill In, Full time or part time (based on assignment/district needs)
**Position Overview**
The Behavior Technician (BT) works to facilitate educational and behavioral services for children and adults with special needs. This role involves collaborating with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to help students achieve learning and behavioral goals.

+ Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA
+ Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
+ Collect and record accurate data on student performance and behaviors
+ Assist with skill acquisition programs (communication, social, academic, daily living)
