Agile Delivery & Coaching
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies with rigor and focus on outcomes. Coach teams on Agile best practices, sprint commitment, estimation, and delivery discipline. Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies. Project Management & Coordination
Maintain integrated delivery plans across multiple squads. Track progress using Jira, Azure DevOps Boards, or equivalent tools. Manage dependencies between architecture, web, mobile, and BFF teams. Risk, Issue & Scope Management
