Drive the CDP to Atlas migration at Scotiabank as a Technical Delivery Lead. Oversee engineering coordination and ensure timely delivery within project scope.
In this pivotal role, you will assume end-to-end delivery accountability for Scotiabank’s migration program. You'll coordinate numerous engineering workstreams, manage migration phases, and engage with stakeholders to maintain delivery schedules. Your expertise will play a crucial role in navigating complex dependencies and tracking key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own migration wave planning across 12 role categories
• Manage dependencies with Platform, App Modernization, SRE teams
• Track DORA metrics and report program health to leadership
• Facilitate architectural decision records and design reviews
• Drive risk mitigation and escalation resolution
