Role: Scrum Master (Intermediate)
Location: Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico -- Onsite

As a part of the Core SW Team, the Intermediate scrum Master is a key facilitator within an agile development team building and working on enterprise-grade software systems. The Intermediate Scrum Master is involved in the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, focusing on optimizing team velocity, removing impediments, and ensuring rigorous Jira hygiene to provide management with accurate, real-time data on project health.
Activities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Agile workflows and Jira boards tailored to the team's specific development needs.
• Understand and analyze delivery requirements, ensuring that the backlog is healthy and that Jira tickets accurately reflect the current state of development.
